1841 Census of Reading, St Giles - Brookers Bass

Postby Contributor » Tue Sep 22, 2009 10:17 am

I am looking at an entry for Thomas Sawyer who was living in the Parish of St Giles, Reading at the time of the 1841 census and I cannot make out the address [HO 107/34/6 folio 8 page 10 line 11]. It must be a building in Silver Street and looks like "Brooker's Bass". The next enumerated building was the Alms Houses Kendrick's Buildings". Can anyone enlighten me on this address?
