Many thanks to Newbury District and Field Club who will be hosting our 40th Annual General Meeting. The programme will follow the usual format. Arrival and refreshments from 11:00am with the AGM starting at 11:30. There will be pre-lunch talk and the option of an indoor talk or a historic walk after lunch. Full details will be posted on the website, circulated in the eBulletin and sent to all those who have booked to attend.
AGM BUSINESS: We will endeavour to keep the business part of the day as short as possible to facilitate more time for social and cultural activities.
TRANSPORT: St Nicolas’ Church Hall is an 8-minute walk from Newbury Rail Station. Bus services are nearby. Parking will be in nearby public pay-and-display car parks. There is no parking at the venue.
MOBILITY CONCERNS: Please inform when booking and appropriate arrangements will be made.
DISPLAYS: Societies wishing to have displays should set up between 10:00 and 11;00.
COST: £6 – payable on the day.
