The usage of the information will be as follows:

• Your name and email address will not be given on the website or in the newsletter. Any responses will be sent to either the Secretary or Webdesigner of the BLHA and passed on to you.
• The text of your query will be published on the BLHA website and/or newsletter according to your selection.
• The information relating to the purpose of your research, your location, and where you heard about the BLHA is requested purely for statistical purposes.
